At Survivors With A Testimony, Inc., we recognize that rebuilding a life after abuse involves more than emotional restoration. It also involves creating opportunities for economic stability, personal empowerment, and long-term independence.

Founder's Flight was created to bridge the gap between surviving difficult circumstances and building a sustainable future through entrepreneurship.

Our program combines structured business education, personalized mentorship, financial literacy, mental wellness resources, and opportunities for startup funding.

We believe that when survivors are equipped with the right tools, resources, and support, they can become successful entrepreneurs, confident leaders, and powerful agents of change within their communities.

Quarterly Alumni Mastermind Sessions

Founder's Flight welcomes survivors who are ready to invest in their personal growth, entrepreneurial development, and financial future.

This program is ideal for:

• Survivors of domestic violence, abuse, trauma, or other life-altering circumstances who desire economic empowerment.

• Aspiring entrepreneurs with a business idea but limited knowledge of how to get started.

• Individuals who have started a business and need structure, mentorship, and practical guidance.

• Men and women seeking financial independence and long-term stability through entrepreneurship.

• Individuals committed to completing a structured 12-week program and actively working toward their goals.

You do not need to have an established business to apply. You simply need a willingness to learn, grow, and take the next step.

HOW TO GET STARTED

STEP 1 — APPLY

Complete the online Founder's Flight application. Tell us about your business idea, entrepreneurial goals, and what you hope to accomplish.

STEP 2 — APPLICATION REVIEW

Our SWAT program team will review applications to determine program readiness and eligibility.

STEP 3 — RECEIVE YOUR ACCEPTANCE

Selected applicants will receive an official acceptance notification with enrollment instructions.

STEP 4 — COMPLETE YOUR ENROLLMENT

Once accepted, submit your $250 program fee through our secure payment process.

STEP 5 — PREPARE FOR TAKEOFF

Receive orientation information, program expectations, and instructions for beginning your 12-week entrepreneurship journey.
